General Returns

Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. Opened or installed items are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Pre Orders and Special Orders

All pre orders and special order items, including Stradale Design exclusive parts, are non refundable and not eligible for cancellation or return once the order is placed. These products are made to order and reserved specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos. We will assist you with a replacement or appropriate resolution.
